Black Jack Air & Mechanical Residential Services
At Blackjack Air & Mechanical, we offer both commercial and residential services.
The Residential Division, like that of the Commercial Division, can sell you a brand-new unit as well as maintaining your unit to ensure its operating at a peak performance level after giving consideration to the age and condition of your unit.
We work hard to maintain your home’s unit as we know the replacement of a unit can be a stressful situation since your home is a place of retreat and optimal heating and cooling is a critical component of your home.
In addition, the cost can be a large expenditure for any family as homes can often have two units or more. We work with numerous finance companies that can assist any homeowner to ensure your family has HVAC in a moment’s notice.

Residential Repairs & Replacements
Our Residential Replacement Division starts with a visit to your home either as a request for replacement initiated by you or from a service call. Our biggest priority is to quickly price a replacement based upon the type of home and your personal opinions of the type of equipment you desire. The selection of equipment is usually dictated by three major factors, manufacturer warranty, price, and availability. Black Jack handles every major manufacturer including Trane, Carrier, York, Goodman, and lesser known manufacturers. Once selected, we schedule installation, often on the same day if the equipment is in our warehouse or at the distributor. Black Jack’s control of the process from permitting to final inspection makes the process seamless to the owner.
