Black Jack is the mechanical contractor laser focused on the complex discipline of functioning heating and cooling systems. We do not apologize for this focus but rather embrace the concept of being superior in one single discipline. The three major business segments found within Black Jack include Construction, Replacement and Preventative Maintenance and Repair. Each segment has its own fully dedicated team allowing us to be able to service our customers regardless of their individual need.

The Construction Division has worked on the most technologically advanced heating and cooling systems that have included 20 story luxury sky homes to midrise hotels, office buildings, warehouses and shopping malls located throughout the state of Florida.

Our extensive Replacement business segment has worked extensively with both Benderson Development as well as KIMCO, one of the largest REITS within the United States as well as a host of similar such organizations.

Our expertise related to the process of value engineering seeks alternative designs and other cost saving features before the commencement of actual construction. Our unique process has saved developers millions of dollars while never compromising the objective of an efficient cooling and heating system. This true expertise is evidenced by extensive recurring work with every major general contractor in southwest Florida.
