Commercial Construction
Black Jack has historically worked with general contractors, engineers, developers, architects during the pre-construction period of the traditional construction process. The theory of construction is often in direct contrast to the practicality of actually and installing such heavy, complicated, and delicate equipment. We work to ensure the installation floor by floor is in line with all other disciplines often ahead of schedule. These systems are not even initialized until we know the time is right and the system is secure. In the end, the Company’s objective is the integrity of the system for the ultimate owner’s use.
The company’s success is better than 95% relating to projects where Black Jack is asked in the design phase to identify issue or areas for possible savings. We work through the various options with the design team that make the most sense for a project and guide the design team and developers to solutions that maximize value for their budget. The company maintains a BIM personnel on staff to monitor and track all of the companies projects.
Our Founder and Project Managers are well informed on all new products of our industry as well as the various associated building codes and standards that exist and that are constantly evolving.
The company has expertise in high rise condominiums and apartments, medical office buildings, retail centers, as well as hotels and restaurants.

HVAC COMMERCIAL REPAIR & REPLACEMENT
Put simply, our clients deserve maximum performance out of their systems. Black Jack’s expertise is in VRF, VRV, DX, systems and is highly specialized in rooms that require expertise in exhaust systems, server rooms, medical space and even Out Door Air Units (“OAUs”) for covered exterior areas. We of course work with every major manufacturer including Lennox, Trane, York, Daiken and Mitsubishi. When customers consider a system replacement or repair, we offer methods to upgrade mechanical systems with the latest, most efficient solutions.
We travel the state of Florida for owners holding more than 350 Shopping Centers and over 70 Million Square Feet for one of Florida’s largest shopping center developers. We often work directly with Building Managers to determine the need that addresses each issue. These professionals respect Black Jack’s expertise and knowledge of their systems. Building Managers often allow the company to move forward with a decision without communication to their home office as they know the approval to move forward with our suggestion is the most efficient manner to resolve the issue at hand.

Black Jack is firmly established as an organization that reacts immediately when called upon to rectify distressed comfort systems. We have replaced entire systems of RTUs (Roof Top Units) on shopping centers within a matter of days, often with installations crews of 30 team members and multiple cranes. We take the process from “cradle to grave” by working with our customers to coordinate and obtain permits, perform the installation and then finally, receive the inspections by appropriate building officials. Our process allows the owner to possess the comfort the replacement will be done at the quote specified and most importantly, down time is at an absolute minimum.

HVAC COMMERCIAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Unlike small HVAC and plumbing companies, Black Jack believes in letting our reputation stand as the basis of our services. We do not use contracts for either our residential or commercial business segments that lock a customer in for a year- long contractual relationship. But rather, our Commercial and Residential Maintenance Agreements merely outline our scope of service. We have skilled technicians to match your needs on both the commercial and residential segments of preventative maintenance.
Planned maintenance enables your critical systems to:

Customers with preventive Maintenance Agreements are provided with automatic scheduling based on the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. Our technology platform allows Black Jack to have its technicians possess the history of each machine right at their fingertips during the maintenance appointment. The technician knows the complete history of the machine from date of installation to the serial number that is so often needed in the determination of whether a part is under warranty to complete the repair.
As a customer, you benefit from preferred customer status, which means priority service during heat waves, cold spells, storms, and other high-volume times. Our service is 24-7 for emergencies on both the commercial and residential business because we understand that cooling is a necessity and not a luxury as it might be in other sections of the country.
