Completed in July 2024, Echelon City Center is a state-of-the-art luxury apartment complex in St. Petersburg, Florida. The building features a ground floor with a residential lobby, 16,350 square feet of future retail and restaurant space, and exterior promenades overlooking a 0.4-acre park, with 176 residences across the upper floors. Our team installed a 650-ton HVAC system, including one outdoor air unit (OAU) and multiple split systems, using equipment from York, AAON, LG, and Conrad.
