Black Jack Air & Mechanical was founded in 2010 on a straightforward conviction: HVAC systems should be engineered thoughtfully, installed carefully, and supported long after the job is complete. What began as a commitment to craftsmanship has grown into one of the names Sarasota builders, property managers and homeowners call first, for commercial construction, for ultra-luxury custom homes, and for the everyday service that keeps both running.
Our longevity has been built on relationships: clients who come back for the next project, the system upgrade, or the maintenance agreement. Sarasota is where we live and work, which is the simplest reason our work has to hold up.

He wired it so that we could have AC until he could return with a new one. He came back as soon as he could get his hands on the new thermostat.
