Completed in November 2018, The Sarasota Modern, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, offers 89 stylish rooms in a prime location at the southwest corner of Boulevard of the Arts and Cocoanut Avenue. This contemporary hotel features modern amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool, restaurant, and private parking. Our scope of work included the installation of a 230-ton HVAC system, utilizing Samsung equipment to provide reliable climate control throughout the property.
