Completed in October 2024, The Evolution is an 8-story luxury condominium located on Golden Gate Point in Sarasota, Florida. This exclusive residence boasts 20 thoughtfully designed units, offering expansive living spaces, breathtaking views of Sarasota Bay, and an unmatched lifestyle experience. Our scope of work included installing a 130-ton HVAC system comprised of one Daikin outdoor air unit (OAU) and multiple Daikin split systems, ensuring optimal climate control throughout the building.
