The Epoch

Residential tower

Completed in April 2021, Epoch is one of Sarasota's premier condominiums and one of the most recognizable features of the city's skyline. The building offers just 23 exclusive residences, all with stunning views, and includes multiple floors of parking. Our scope of work included the installation of a 170-ton HVAC system, featuring one 70-ton outdoor air unit (OAU) split system and multiple state-of-the-art Daikin VRV systems for the residences and common areas. This project reflects the highest standard of climate control technology, providing both comfort and efficiency in one of Sarasota's most iconic locations.
