Mixed-use development

Currently under construction, SIX88 will be a 10-story landmark, rising in a prime waterfront location with 10 exclusive residences. This modern development combines artistic design with luxurious living spaces. Our scope of work includes the installation of a 118-ton HVAC system, featuring Lennox split systems for the residences and a CaptiveAire outdoor air unit (OAU) for efficient climate control.
