What’s Included in the White Glove Membership

Our White Glove Maintenance Membership includes four scheduled maintenance visits per year, consisting of two primary visits and two secondary visits, performed by certified HVAC professionals trained in advanced diagnostics and system performance.

Primary Maintenance Visits

During each primary visit, our technicians perform a detailed inspection and service of both the indoor and outdoor components of your HVAC system.

Outdoor Unit (Condenser / Heat Pump)

  • Inspect and clean the condenser coil as needed
  • Check fan motor operation, amp draw, and vibration
  • Inspect electrical components including contactors, capacitors, and relays
  • Inspect breaker panel related to the HVAC circuit
  • Verify disconnect installation and code compliance
  • Check compressor start-up and operating performance
  • Verify refrigerant charge, pressures, superheat, and subcooling
  • Clean the exterior of the condensing unit

Indoor Unit (Air Handler / Fan Coil)

  • Replace or clean standard 1" air filter(s) as needed
  • Inspect blower motor operation, balance, and amp draw
  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  • Inspect evaporator coil and metering device condition
  • Inspect visible ductwork connections for air leaks
  • Check thermostat calibration and operation; replace batteries if needed
  • Inspect, clean, and flush the condensate drain system
  • Inspect plenum sealing where accessible
  • Clean the exterior of the air handler cabinet

Secondary Maintenance Visits

Secondary visits focus on ongoing system health, moisture management, and operational verification.

Indoor System Care

  • Replace or clean standard 1" air filter(s) as needed
  • Add algaecide tablets to the drain pan
  • Inspect and clean the condensate trap and drain tubing

Condensate System Inspection

  • Verify proper condensate piping and trap configuration where visible
  • Flush and treat condensate systems as needed

System Check

  • Confirm overall system operation and verify accessible safety controls
