Floors two through six house structured parking with 325 spaces, while floors seven through fifteen consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and floors sixteen and seventeen feature eight large townhome units, totaling 176 residences.
Our team installed a 650-ton HVAC system, including one outdoor air unit (OAU) and multiple split systems for the residences, utilizing equipment from York, AAON, LG, and Conrad, ensuring a cutting-edge climate control solution throughout the property.
