Completed in April 2020, The Mark is a striking 12-story condominium situated in the heart of downtown Sarasota. This contemporary residential tower features 157 units, seamlessly blending urban sophistication with coastal charm.
Our scope of work included the installation of a 600-ton HVAC system, encompassing one outdoor air unit (OAU) and multiple split systems to serve the residences, retail spaces, and common areas. Utilizing equipment from Lennox and AAON, we delivered a reliable and efficient climate control solution tailored to this modern luxury property.
