Completed in August 2017, The DeSOTA is a 10-story mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown Sarasota. The building features 180 luxury apartments alongside 23,000 square feet of retail space, offering residents a blend of modern living and urban convenience.
Our scope of work included the installation of a 600-ton HVAC system, ensuring comfort throughout the building. The system’s performance reflects the high-end quality of the apartments, with premium finishes and stunning views of Sarasota Bay, the downtown skyline, and the pool area.
