Completed in October 2024, the DeMarcay Building is a distinctive residential project located in the heart of downtown Sarasota, Florida. The development features 39 luxurious residences situated above six levels of parking, with its prime location adding unique logistical challenges during construction.
Our team installed a robust 200-ton HVAC system, including two Daikin rooftop units (RTUs), one outdoor air unit (OAU), multiple split systems for the residences, and two variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems. This project highlights our ability to deliver complex HVAC solutions in Sarasota’s bustling downtown environment.
