Amenities include a sport pool, hot tub, spacious deck with cabanas and daybeds, an outdoor fire pit with designer furnishings, temperature-controlled storage, a professionally designed fitness and yoga facility, a sauna, a boardroom, restrooms, and a social lounge that seamlessly connects to the outdoor amenity deck.
Our scope of work included installing a 125-ton HVAC system, featuring one Daikin outdoor air unit (OAU) and multiple Daikin split systems for the residences. The result is a sophisticated environment designed to provide both comfort and modern elegance.
